What data are we processing?
Personal data is used so that you can be identified as a person. Thus, your name, address, email address and phone number are personal data.
Of these, Psyho Global Consult only processes the phone number and email (not both at the same time) in order to contact the respondents in order to apply different questionnaires or in order to establish direct communication between you and our company (when you send us an email or contact us in another way). Never is personal data stored in one place with other data collected as a result of interviews applied precisely so that certain answers can never be correlated with a particular person.
Psyho Global Consult assumes that your personal data (phone number, email address, name or mailing address) will never be sent to third parties (clients, partners, etc.). Personal data provided by you for your service providers, with your consent, will be kept by Psyho Global Consult on high security storage modules and never in the same place as your responses to those questionnaires that have been applied to you.
How can we collect your personal data?
In addition to the databases that Psyho Global Consult holds (phone numbers offered by respondents when they have been questioned over the last few years), we can collect personal data about you from other sources, such as other market research institutes, advertisers, social networks, web or mobile applications, etc. If there are circumstances in which we collect such data from third parties, we will be certain that they have informed you and have requested your consent to the transfer of personal data, or we will inform you at the first contact that we are in the possession of your personal information and we will send you all the information required by law and we will ask for your consent to continue to contact you. In the case of a refusal from you, the personal data we hold will be deleted from our database.

Collection of personal data from other sources
We can sometimes collect personal data about you from other sources. For example, it can be done if you signed up for a market research panel vendor as a participant and we work with this vendor to attract participants for our research. The panel vendor will transfer your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and your consent to its practices so that we can contact you. If the panel vendor has not already informed you about transferring your personal data to us, then we will do so when we contact you for the first time and provide you with all the information that is shared with us. We will do this at first contact.
Sometimes we store personal data collected by third parties through third-party analysis tools that archive social networking data that has been published on profiles or open channels on networks or social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, online public forums or rating portals of online stores. Psyho Global Consult can use the information you have made public on social media platforms and other websites to provide aggregate reports to your customers in a systematic manner.

We use such secondary data to complement the data we collect from participants during their participation in a research project to provide our customers with more information.
If we collect personal data about you from other sources, we make sure that the source informed you in advance about the transfer or we will inform you at the first contact that we have received your personal data, all information required by law.
